摘要
以丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)作为主要单体,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP40)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为复配乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,分析了不同聚合方式制备的含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液性能。实验表明,合成有机氟防水剂的优化工艺为:BA与MMA的比例为3∶2,含固量为30%,引发剂用量为0.6%时所制备的含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物具有最优的性能。
Organic fluorine waterproof agent was synthesized using actyflon G04, methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as main materials, the mixture of NP40 and dodeeylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium (SDBS) as the composite emulsifier, and am- monium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The emulsion properties of fluorinated acrylate copolymers preparated by different polynleriza tion method were analyzed. The results showed that the ratio of butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate 3 : 2, including fixed quantity of 30% and initiator of 0.6% were the optimal synthesis process.
