摘要
以玉米芯为基料,设计5个配方进行金针菇工厂化栽培试验。结果表明,配方D(玉米芯45%、杂木屑22%、麸皮20%、玉米粉10%、石膏粉2%、石灰粉1%)在金针菇工厂化生产中,表现出菌丝生长速度快、第一潮金针菇子实体平均产量与CK无差异、原材料成本低等优势。使用配方D进行7个不同装瓶量试验,结果显示处理⑤(750 mL单瓶装干料350 g)的第一潮金针菇子实体平均产量最高,为229.20g/瓶,为培养料干重最佳单瓶装料量。
The optimum formula and filling rate in bottle in the industrial cultivation of Flammulina velutipes with corncob were studied.The results showed that the optimum formula for the factory production of F.velutipes among the tested 5 formulae was as follows;45% corncob,22% sawdust,20% wheat bran,10% cornmeal,2% gesso,and 1% pulverized lime,which had the advantages of strong mycelial growth vigor,high production with no difference with CK,low production cost of raw materials and so on.The experiment of different amount of materials based on the optimum formula showed that the optimum filling rate in bottle was 350 g,of which the yield of fruitbody was the highest and could reach to 229.20 g averagely.
