摘要
以广西农科院甘蔗研究所2008年育种材料中4个农艺性状优异的品系(08-56、08-441、08-572和08-1497)和2个广西主栽品种(ROC22和ROC16)为研究对象,在甘蔗苗期进行低温胁迫处理,通过抗寒形态特征、抗逆生理生化及光合特性指标的变化,综合评价各供试品种(系)的抗寒性。结果表明:(1)低温胁迫处理使甘蔗的株高、假茎粗均降低,使甘蔗叶片不同程度的萎蔫,叶片叶绿素含量降低。此外,低温胁迫处理使叶片丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性、脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,过氧化物酶(POD,peroxidase)活性显著下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,Superoxide dismutases)活性变化因品种不同而异。(2)低温胁迫处理显著降低甘蔗幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),而初始荧光(Fo)显著上升。采用极点排序法对各品种(系)进行综合评价,结果表明,目前生产上主栽品种新台糖22(ROC22)综合得分最低,在鉴定的新品系中08-56得分最高,抗寒性最好,其它品系的抗寒性强于新台糖22号,但不及新台糖16号。
In order to establish an integrated assessment system in cold resistance of sugarcane and to screen the cold tolerant genotypes, 4 elite sugarcane lines(08-56, 08-441, 08-572 and 08-1497), which were part of breeding materials from Sugarcane Research Institute, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and 2 main varieties(ROC22 and ROC16), were employed to examine the cold resistance at seedling stage based on morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical indices and photosynthetic traits in this experiment. The plant height and pseudo-stem diameter were decreased in low-temperature treatment than that in room temperature treatment. Different degrees of wilting leaves were observed. MAD content, cellular membrane permeability, proline content and Fo value were increased. SPAD values, POD(peroxidase)activity, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and Fv/Fm values were declined in low temperature treatment. Variation of SOD (Superoxide dismutases)activity were different in different sugarcane genotypes. The evaluation score for each sugarcane cuhivar was calculated by the method of polar ordination. According to the scores, ROC22 showed the lowest cold tolerance and line 08-56 showed the highest, while the tolerance of all the other lines was higher than that of ROC22 but lower than that of ROC16.
