摘要
以分布于内蒙古地区盐渍土的藜科盐生植物盐地碱蓬根尖为材料,采用常规压片法,对其染色体数及核型进行分析。结果表明:盐地碱蓬的染色体为二倍体,染色体数为2n=2x=16,基数为x=8。染色体中有正中部着丝粒染色体(M)、中部着丝粒染色体(m)、亚中部着丝粒染色体(sm)3种,盐地碱蓬属于"1B"型,且其核型不对称系数均小于60%,属于较为原始的物种。
The study explored the karyotypes of Suaeda salsa from soil salinization in Inner Mongolia. Root tips of Stmeda salsa were selected as material, using the method of root tip squashing to analyze the features of chromosome. The result showed that Suaeda salsa was diploid, the numbers of Suaeda salsa Pall was 2n=2x=16, basic chromosome number was confirmed to be x=8. The chromosome was mainly composed by median point chromosome (M), median region chromosome (m) and submedian region chromosome (sm), and karyotypes of Suaeda salsa was 1B type, and was symmetrical to a higher degree, so Suaeda salsa belongs to relatively primitive types and relatively old or the original plant in evolutionary process.
