活性中间体芳香羟胺的研究进展

摘要 芳香羟胺是合成农药、医药等的重要中间体,其有诸多制备方法。文章着重介绍国内外以金属为还原剂,选择还原芳香硝基化合物制备芳香羟胺的研究进展,并分析此方法的优缺点,以期推动此方面的研究及应用。 N-Arylhydroxylamines are useful intermediates in the synthesis of pesticide and pharmaceuticals. There are many methods for their preparation. The synthesis of N-Arylhydroxylamines from nitro aromatic compounds using metals as a re- ductant is presented in this paper. Meanwhile the advantages and disadvantages of this method are analyzed, in order to promote the research and the application of the method.
