摘要
本文利用磁控溅射技术制备了Ta5+掺杂的TiO2 薄膜 ,并采用动态凝血时间、血小板粘附及血小板变形等方法进行了薄膜材料的血液相容性测试。结果表明 ,Ta5+掺杂的TiO2 薄膜具有良好的血液相容性 ,且在一定的掺杂量条件下具有最佳值。
In this paper,the magnetron sputtering was adoped to synthesize Ta 5+ doped titanium dioxide films.Blood compatibility of the films was evaluated by clotting time measurement and platelat adhension investigation.The blood compatibility test results showed that the TiO 2 films with the doping of Ta 5+ had good blood compatibility,and the TiO 2 films with the certain doping density had optimum blood compatibility.
