摘要
目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效及不良反应情况。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2011年10月我卫生站自收治的165例高血压患者,随机分为苯磺酸氨氯地平组(A组)、缬沙坦组(B组)及苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦联合用药组(C组)进行治疗,疗程均为2个月,比较3组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果疗效评价,联合用药C组显效率和总有效率为65.5%、90.9%,均显著高于A组(43.6%、67.3%)和B组(40.0%、69.1%),3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,A组总计发生不良反应11例次,占20%;B组总计发生不良反应9例次,占16.4%;C组总计发生不良反应4例次,占7.3%。3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压能提高治疗效果,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine joint losartan treatment for hypertension and adverse reaction of the clinical curative effect of the situation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 165 hypertension cases from October 2009 to October 2011,randomly divided into benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine group（group A）,losartan group（group B） and benzene sulfonic acid ammonia chloride to peace losartan combined treatment group（group C） treatment,period of treatment was 2 months,comparing the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the groups.Results The effect assessment,combination of group C significant efficiency rate and the total effective rate were 65.5%,90.9%,significantly higher than group A（43.6%,67.3%） and group B（40.0%,69.1%）,there had significant difference between the 3 groups（P0.05）.The adverse reaction of group A was 20%（11 cases）,Group B was 16.4 %（9 cases）,Group C was 7.3%（4 cases）,there had significant difference between the 3 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of high blood pressure by using benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine with losartan treat can improve the treatment effect and reduce adverse reaction rate.
