摘要
面向市场经济 ,迎接全球化竞争的挑战 ,要为国民经济的发展做出重要贡献 ,就要大大加强对成形制造的基础研究。但是 ,我国成形加工工业与国外相比有很大差距 ,它严重制约着国民经济的发展。世界各国在成形制造加工发展趋势方面的认识也是一致的 ,即 :一是向精确成形技术方向发展 ,二是用计算机模拟仿真来逐步代替传统的经验性研究方法。绿色环境下面向 2 1世纪的铸造成形加工技术的总目标是高质量、短周期、低成本。建议针对国家汽车工业及航空航天工业等支柱及基础工业的需求 ,开展以高质量、短周期。
Facing market economy and world competition challenge fundamental study on materials processing technology should be significantly strengthened. However,materials processing industry of China has a big gap in comparison with that of the developed countries. The view of the tendency of materials processing technology is consistent all over the world, i.e., one is to develop net shape process while the other is to use modeling and simulation technique to substitute the traditional trial and error method. According to the requirements from basic industries,such as,automobile, aeronautics and astronautics industries, a proposal of the study on physical metallurgy and modeling/simulation of next generation net shape casting technology is presented in order to meet the target of high quality, short manufacturing time and low cost.
