摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死合并冠心病患者的疗效。方法将新乡市中心医院收治的76例脑梗死合并冠心病的患者分为观察和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用替米沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，两组均以4周为1个疗程，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的疗效、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力（ADL）、左心功能、心绞痛的发作次数、C-反应蛋白的改善均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论替米沙坦联合托伐他汀钙可显著促进脑梗死合并冠心病患者的神经功能恢复，改善心脏功能，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of telmisartan combined with atorvastatin calci- um on cerebral infarction patients complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-six cases of cerebral infarction with coronary artery disease in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group. The patients in control group were given conventional treatment, the pa- tients in treatment group were given telmisartan and atorvastatin calcium that based on the control group, both groups need 4 weeks for a course of treatment, and then they were compared by the effects. Results The effect of cerebral infarction, neurological deficit scores, activities of daily living（ADL） , left ven- tricular function, angina frequency, C-reactive protein in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Telmisartan combined with atorvastatin calcium can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function and improve heart function for the pa- tients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease, which is worthy of promotion.
