摘要
本文研究了重金属Cu2+对单环刺螠毒性效应。通过急性毒性试验,确定了Cu2+对单环刺螠24h、48h、72h及96h的半致死浓度,并计算得到其安全浓度为0.0675mg/L,高于渔业水质。通过酶活测定,发现Cu2+对单环刺螠抗氧化酶活性有影响。实验结果表明当暴露于0.25mg/L及0.50mg/L浓度的Cu2+中,24h时,单环刺螠体壁SOD、GPx活性显著提高(P<0.05);之后,随着暴露时间的增长,SOD、GPx、CAT三种酶活性均有所下降,除SOD外,其余两种酶活性均低于对照组,其中0.50mg/L组96h时CAT的活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),说明Cu2+抑制了GPx及CAT的活性,并导致了虫体的死亡。
The acute toxicity of Cu^2+ to Ureehis unicinctus was studied. Cu^2+ safe concentra- tion of copper to Urechis unieinctus is 0. 0675mg/L, which is higher than the fishery water quality standards, based on the result from median lethal concentrations of copper obtained at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h. Meanwhile, the activities of antioxidant enzyme in body wall of the worm were detected. The activities of SOD and GPx increased significant (p〈0.05) in both concentrations (0.25 mg/L, and 0.5 mg/L) at 24 h after the exposure; after that, all the activities of the three antioxidant enzymes decreased in a time-and dose-manner, and the activities of SOD and GPx were lower than that of the control group, the activity of CAT under 0.50 mg/L was significantly lower than the control worm at 96 h after the exposure. This result suggested the activities of GPx and CAT were inhibited by Cu^2+ which led the worm to death.
