摘要
在梳理了研究合作组织(RJVs)的基本概念和推动技术创新的作用的基础上,对江苏省光伏产业集群发展的实际情况和组建RJVs的可行性进行分析,结合德国、日本的光伏产业RJVs案例,提出RJVs驱动江苏省光伏产业集群升级的模式。
This paper chooses the PV industry cluster as the research topic. Based on sorting out the basic concepts of RJVs and its role of promoting technological innovation, this paper analyses the status quo of photovoltaic industry cluster in Jiangsu Province and the feasibility to form RJVs. It suggests the model of upgrading Jiangsu Province＇s PV industry cluster driven by RJVs combined with the experiences of RJVs cases in photovoltaic itxdustry from Germany and Japan.
