摘要
研究科技进步对区域经济发展的作用。以1978—2008年汉中市相关的统计数据为依据,利用索洛余值法和SPSS软件,测算出汉中市1978—1988年,1989—1999年和2000—2008年这3个阶段的科技进步贡献率分别为18.84%,24.13%,39.11%。结果表明,科技进步对经济发展有明显的促进作用。针对汉中市科技进步对经济的贡献率与陕西省乃至全国相比还是偏低等问题,提出了提高汉中科技进步贡献率、促进社会经济发展的建议。
To study the contribution rate of science and technology progress to regional economic growth. Based on the Solow residual value method and SPSS software, this paper calculates the contribu- tion rates of science and technology progress in Hanzhong city. The contribution rates in different phrases between 1978--1988, 1989--1999 and 2000--2008 are 18.84%, 24.13 % and 39.13% . The results shows that scientific and technological progress played a significant role in promoting economic develop- ment in Hanzhong city. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations were proposed for promoting the economic and social development of Hanzhong Municipal by scientific and technological progress.
