西藏林芝地区间日疟原虫PvMSP-3α基因多态性研究 被引量:1

Allelic polymorphism in the merozoite surface protein-3α of Plasmodium vivaxin Linzhi Prefecture of Tibet

摘要 目的分析西藏林芝地区间日疟原虫遗传多态性。方法以间日疟原虫裂殖子表面蛋白3α(Plasmodium vivax merozoite surface protein-3α,PvMSP-3α)为分子标志,利用PCR-RFLP技术对西藏林芝地区间日疟原虫多态性进行分析。结果共发现2种类型的MSP-3α基因,多数为A型(90.3%),B型较少(9.7%),无混合感染。PCR-RFLP分析MSP-3α基因存在较低多态性。结论西藏林芝地区间日疟原虫的遗传多态性较低。 With PCR-RFLP amplification method,allelic polymorphism was analyzed in merozoite surface protein genes-3α(PvMSP-3α)of Plasmodium vivax(P.vivax) to study the genetic diversity of PvMSP-3α in Linzhi Prefecture of Tibet.Results showed that two different sizes of MSP-3α gene were found in this area(type A is 1.9 kb,90.3%;and type B is 1.5 kb,9.7%),and no mixture infection was detected.The MSP-3α gene exhibited low polymorphism in PCR-RFLP analysis,indicating that the genetic diversity of P.vivax in Linzhi Prefecture of Tibet is in a low degree.
