基于MRI图像膝关节有限元模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨基于MRI图像建立的较为完整的膝关节三维有限元模型的可行性。方法:运用膝关节MRI扫描图像,并通过医学有限元仿真软件Mimics 10.01等处理后建立包括后外侧结构在内的膝关节三维有限元模型。结果:建立了包括股骨下端、髌骨、胫骨上端、腓骨上端、内外侧半月板、前后交叉韧带、关节软骨、内外侧副韧带、腘肌腱、腘腓韧带、髌韧带、股四头肌腱在内的三维有限元模型。结论:基于二维MRI图像所建立的三维有限元模型,软组织成像较好,使模型更接近于真实解剖结构。
