摘要
全过程造价控制目前在项目建设中已经普及,但在实际实施中因各种原因多流于形式。为了推进全过程造价控制,应将建筑信息模型引入项目建设管理中。分析建筑信息模型在全过程造价控制中各个阶段的不同作用,提出建筑信息模型应用的不同形式及其难点,对建设项目全过程造价控制的建筑信息模型应用进行研究,对全过程造价控制的推广实施具有参考价值。
At present, although the whole process cost control of construction projects has become prevailing, ten falls into a formality in the practical implementation. In order to promote the whole process cost control, the building information modeling should be introduced in the project construction management. This paper analyzed the different functions played by the building information modeling at every stage of the whole process cost control, suggested some different forms and difficulties in applying the modeling. It provided some valuable references both for the application of the building information modeling for the whole process cost control in construction projects and the promotion of implementing the whole process cost control.
