摘要
目的:探讨耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓膜修补术的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓膜修补术治疗的32例患者的病历资料。结果:所有患者的鼓膜愈合情况、听力情况都有不同程度的改善。结论:耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓膜修补术操作简单,损伤小,鼓膜愈合率高,听力改善较明显,较其他移植材料相比优势明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of tragus cartilage-perichondrium complex in myringoplasty with otic endoscope.Methods：Clinical data of 32 hospitalized patients of tragus cartilage-perichondrium complex in myringoplasty with otic endoscope were reviewed.Results：The state of eardrums healing and listening were improved in all patients.Conclusion：The operation of tragus cartilage-perichondrium complex in myringoplasty with otic endoscope is simpler and it is minor damage, the healing rate of eardrums healing is higher and listening to improve is more obvious than other transplant material.It worth extensive spread and application in clinic.
