摘要
目的总结经皮肾镜超声取石术(PCNL)在治疗肾结石中的应用。方法分析本科2010年6月～2011年6月经皮肾穿刺治疗298例复杂性肾结石患者的临床资料,对手术并发症以及相应的处理措施进行总结。结果患者均治愈,共发生并发症20例,其中,大出血3例,胸腔积液3例,发热12例,腹腔积液2例。结论 PCNL是治疗肾结石的有效方法,治愈率高,患者创伤小,安全,但大出血、残留结石、术后感染等并发症在行PCNL时较常见,行PCNL时应注意对并发症的处理。
Objective To summarize the application of PCNL on renal calculus treatment. Methods Analyzed 298 files of patients with complexity kidney stones during the period from June 2010 to June 2011. These patients were treated with the method of percutaneous renal biopsy. Summarized the complications of surgery and the corresponding treatment mea- sures. Results Patients were all cured and with 20 cases of complication, 3 cases of massive hemorrhage, 3 cases of pleural effusion, 12 cases of fever and 2 cases of seroperitoneum. Conclusion PCNL is the effective method for kidney stones and with high cure rate, small trauma and it is safe. It is relatively common that there are complications of massive hemorrhage, retaihned stone and postoperative infection during the period of PCNL. And we should take highly of these complications in the treatment.
