摘要 对Q245R内衬316L复合管进行了TIG焊试验,利用光学显微镜(OM)对2种不同工艺下的复合管焊接接头的微观组织进行了分析,并进行了拉伸及硬度测试。结果表明,2种工艺条件下均得到了成形良好的焊接接头,焊缝组织为γ+δ,碳钢热影响区可分为过热区、正火区和不完全正火区,三个区域的组织均为α+P,其中过热区组织粗大,正火区组织细小,不锈钢热影响区组织为γ+大量δ。在试验参数下,新、旧工艺下的复合管焊接接头的平均抗拉强度分别为495 MPa和463.3 MPa,接头硬度分布不均匀。 Welding experiments of Q245R/316L clad pipe with different procedures were carried out by TIG(tungsten inert -gas) welding. Microstructures of the joints and element diffusion behavior were analyzed by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy,and the tensile strength and hardness were also tested.The results indicated that the joints with different procedures can form good weld appearance.Microstructure of weld metal is characterized mixture ofγphase andδphase,and the HAZ(heat-affected zone) of low carbon steel can be divided into overheated zone with coarse grains,normalized zone with fine grains and incomplete normalized zone,and its microstructures areαphase and pearlite.The microstructures of HAZ ofγand a large number ofδ.Evident diffusion of element carbon was found,while the diffusion degree decreases with distance.The average tensile strength of the joints with different procedures are 495 MPa and 463.3 MPa,respectively,and the hardness distributes unevenly.
