摘要
直线电动机直接驱动系统具有结构简单、动态响应快、速度和加速度大等一系列优点,是各类数控机床进给运动的理想传动方式。介绍了直线电动机直接驱动技术原理、特点及其在数控机床中的应用,阐述了直线电动机直接驱动系统控制技术的研究现状及发展趋势。
If the linear motor is used to drive systems dirctly, it has the advantage of simple structure, transient response, high speed and fast acceleration, high accuracy and little noise over conventional lead screw drives. This paper introduces the principle and structure of the linear motor, and its application in the CNC machine tools and then reseaches on the current status and trend of the control technology of the linear motor direct drive system.
