摘要 本文运用2002~2008年的相关数据,采用DEA方法,对我国30个省市(除西藏外)以及东中西三大区域的城镇与农村义务教育绩效进行测度。研究发现:义务教育投入改革对城镇与农村的教育绩效都有不小的触动,特别是促进了农村的提高,但是我国和东中西部城镇的各项义务教育绩效水平几乎都达到1,即接近有效水平,而农村各项义务教育绩效水平却有不少的区域差距,因此我国义务教育绩效区域差距还主要反映在农村。为此,我国要进步提高城镇义务教育运行机制的稳定性,并且加大农村的义务教育投入,加强城镇与农村交流合作,促使义务教育有效且均衡发展。 Based on DEA, this paper measures the compulsory educational performance of urban and rural areas of 30 provinces of China and the three regions of east, middle and west from 2002 to 2008 (excludes Tibet) and we can find that: compulsory education system reform has affected the educational performance of urban and rural areas, in particular, it has promoted the improvement of rural areas, but the compulsory educational performance level of our cities and towns of the east, middle and west have been reached almost 1, which is close to the effective level, however, there are a lot of regional disparities on the compulsory educational performance level among our rural areas, so the regional disparities of China's com- pulsory educational performance mainly reflect in rural areas. To this end, our cities and towns should improve the stability of the operating mechanism of compulsory education, and increase compulsory educational investment of rural areas, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between urban and rural areas, in order to promote effective and balanced development of compulsory education.
