摘要
在静力试验的基础上,利用INSTRON-1185型万能材料试验机在快速加载条件下对不同应变速度的聚氨酯泡沫材料动载抗压性能进行了较系统的试验,完整给出了聚氨酯泡沫材料在高应变速率下的动态应力应变曲线,定性研究了聚氨酯泡沫材料的动态力学行为,探讨了该材料性能与加载速率的关系,得到了考虑应变率效应的材料动态本构关系,最终给出了便于工程应用的材料静态和动态力学参数之间的关系.
Based on the static compression test, the dynamic mechanical behavior of polyurethane foam ma-terials(PFM) with different strain rate was systematically studied on the universal material test machine of INSTRON-1185. The dynamic mechanical properties of PFM were analyzed based on the test results. The complete dynamic stress-strain curves of PFM under high strain rate were obtained, the dynamic mechani-cal behavior of PFM was qualitatively analyzed, and the relationship between dynamic mechanical behavior and the strain rate were systematically studied. Then the dynamic constitutive equation considering the strain rate effect of PFM were obtained and the relationship between the static mechanical parameters and the dynamic mechanical parameters were also obtained, which provides a reference standard for the design.
