摘要
目的:了解急诊患者在急诊科就诊的等候时间与处置时间现状,分析影响急诊患者就诊时间的相关原因,为减少患者等候时间提供依据。方法:采用人口学相关资料调查表和就诊时间调查表对就诊患者进行问卷调查,并收集患者在整个就诊流程中每个步骤所耗费时间的相关数据,采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行分析。结果:患者在急诊科的平均等候时间(30.3±11.2)min,处置时间(2.8±1.6)min,抢救室患者的处置时间是(20.0±9.3)min。急诊患者在急诊科的总体停留时间是(78.3±20.5)min,高危病人在急诊的等候时间和处置时间均是最短。结论:急诊科可以通过缩短患者检查结果等候时间、分诊时间、治疗等候时间等提高急诊患者处置速度,提高患者及家属满意度。
Objective:To investigate the state of the waiting time and intervention time of emergency patients, as well as to analyze the reason, suppling the evidence for shortening the total time the patients stayed in emergency department. Methods:A demographic ques- tionnaire and visiting time inventory were used to investigate the patients visiting the emergency room. The data was collected and ana- lyzed by statistical software. Results:The waiting times were long ranging from 3.1 ± 2.5 minutes for triage,36.2 ± 18.7 minutes for waiting the result of X-ray scans, and the waiting time for intervention was 30.3± 11.2 minutes. The intervention time of the patients in the diagnosis was 2.8 ±1.6 minutes, and for the patients in the rescue room,it was 20.0± 9.3 minutes. The total time in the emergency room for all patients was 78.3 ± 20. 5 minutes. The critical patients had the shortest time for waiting and intervention. Conclusion:The emergency room could improve the care process by shortening the waiting time for examination, treatment, and triage.
