念珠菌性阴道炎的菌种分布及耐药性分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析念珠菌性阴道炎的菌种分布及耐药性情况,为临床提供诊断和合理用药的依据。方法:采用科玛嘉显色平板和梅里埃公司API和ATB试剂盒进行真菌菌株鉴定及药敏试验,回顾性分析我院527例念珠菌性阴道炎的检测结果。结果:共检出527株念珠菌。分别为白念珠菌412株(78.18%),光滑念珠菌47株(8.92%),热带念珠菌24株(4.54%),其他念珠菌44株(8.35%);念珠菌对抗真菌药物的敏感率分别为:两性霉素B 100%,伏立康唑91.4%,5-氟胞嘧啶89.5%,伊曲康唑84.4%,氟康唑78.20%。结论:念珠菌性阴道炎以白念珠菌感染为主,不同菌种对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性存在差异。临床应加强真菌的鉴定和药敏试验,合理使用抗真菌药物,以提高诊疗效果,减少耐药菌株的出现。 Objective:To analyze species distribution and drug resistance of strains isolated from patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), to provide evidence for clinical practice of diagnosis and rational administration treatment. Methods:Retrospective study was utilized to analyze the tests for 527 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) detected by CHROM agar candida colored culture medium and API/ATB kits. Results: Out of 527 strains of Candida, the composition was as following: 412 Candida albican (78. 18% ), 47 Candida glabrata(8.92% ), 24 Candida tropicalis (4. 54% ) and 44 other candida(8.35% ). The susceptibility of the strains were showed as following: amphotericin B 100%, voriconazole 91.4%, flurocytosine 89.5%, itraconazole 84. 4%, fluconazol 78.2%. Conclusion:Candida albicans play significantly important role in vul- vovaginal candidiasis( VVC ). Susceptibility to common antifungal drugs shows difference among variant species. We should pay more attention to strain appraisements and susceptibility tests, and rational administration of antifungal drugs is significant to enhance the treatment response and decrease incidence of resistant strains.
