摘要
目的探讨云南省红河和文山两个多民族地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型分布及年龄特点。方法对2009年3—9月在我院就诊的来自云南省红河和文山两个多民族地区的2 887名女性进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查,分析常见感染亚型及分布特点。结果 2 887名女性HPV总感染率为14.1%,21种基因亚型均被检出,常见的5种高危亚型依次为HPV 68、16、52、58、18型,常见的2种低危型为HPV 6、43。高危亚型感染率82.8%,单纯低危亚型感染率12.6%,单一感染率81.3%,多重感染率18.7%,其中以二重感染最多见。HPV感染集中于≤45岁,各年龄段HPV感染检出率及类型比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云南省红河和文山地区女性HPV感染常见基因亚型总体符合亚洲人群分布规律,又有独特的区域性,HPV感染主要分布在≤45岁人群。
Objective To understand the distribution and age characteristics of the genetic subtypes of HPV infection in Honghe and Wenshan two multi - ethnic areas of Yunnan province. Methods 21 types of HPV isoforms gene in genital tract of 2887 women from Honghe and Wenshan two multi - ethnic areas of Yunnan province admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to September 2009 infection were screened. Subtypes and distribution characteristics of common infections were analyzed. Results The HPV infection rate in 2887 women was 14. 1%. 21 genetic subtypes were all detected, with five commonly seen HR - HPV subtypes being HPV 68, 16, 52, 58 and 18, five common LR - HPV subtypes being HPV 6 and 43. HR - HPV infection rate was 82. 8%, simple LR - HPV subtypes infection rate was 12. 6%, single subtypes infection rate was 81.3% and multiple sub- types infections rate was 18.7%, among which double infection was the most commonly seen with infection. HPV infection was u- sually on women under 45, and the infection rate of different age groups showed no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Subtypes of HPV infection in women of Honghe and Wenshan of Yunnan are generally in hne with the Asian population distribution but with its own unique feature： mainly distributed on women under the age of 45.
