摘要
日间病房是世界医学发展的新趋势和新的诊疗服务模式。将一些需要短期住院手术、观察、治疗的病人收入日间病房,探索和解决病人介于门诊与住院之间的诊疗问题,对日间病房运行中的问题提出解决建议,有益于提高社会医疗资源的有效利用,减轻患者经济负担。
Day-ward is a new trend of medical development and a new mode of diagnosis and treatment. Admitting patients who are necessarily operated, watched and treated for a short period of time to day wards is helpful in explo- ring and solving problems of diagnosis and treatment between outpatient and hospitalization and beneficial to more effective utilization of social medical resources and relieving economic burden of patients. The writer puts forward some solutions to the problems in operating day wards.
