摘要
目前的研究结果表明 ,含药血清实验方法能够较好地反映中药的药效 ,可以用于体外药理学实验中对有效药物、制剂工艺的初步筛选 ,为新药研制提供有意义的信息。对于含药血清的制备方法 ,一般认为药物和观察指标不同 ,需要首先对含药血清的时效和量效进行研究 ,以便确定给药剂量、采血时间、含药血清添加浓度等含药血清的制备和实验条件 ;为了节约人力和物力 ,对于常用中药也可采用“通法”制备含药血清。
Present study results show that the experimental method of medicinal serum can better reflect Chinese drugs' pharmacodynamic,can be used in the first screening of effective drugs and pharmaceutics technology in pharmacological experiment in vitro and provide meaningful information for studying and making new drugs,For the making method of medicinal serum,generally speaking,drugs and observing index are different,firstly we need to study the time effect and quantity effect of medicinal serum and make clear such conditions of making and experimenting on medicinal serum as administration dose,blood collecting time and adding concentration of medicinal serum.In order to save labour and material,“obstruciton removing method”can be taken to make medicinal serum for the common Chinese drugs.
