摘要
目的:建立熊胆滴眼剂中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的测定方法;方法:采用HPLC测定熊胆滴眼剂中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量,以中性氧化铝吸附黄芩甙去除干扰,达到了很好的分离效果。结果:平均回收率97.26%,RSD1.49%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: TUDCA in Bear Gall Eye Drop. Methods: HPLC method was developed for the determination of TUDCA in Bear Gall Eye Drops. Neuteral Al 2O 3 was used to absorb baicalin in order to wipe off violation and obtain good separation purpose.Results: The average recovery is 97.26% and RSD is 1.49%.Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility
