摘要
目的观察中药自拟补肾活血方治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法对60例确诊的2型糖尿病骨质疏松住院患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组(各30例),在胰岛素控制高血糖的基础上,对照组加用强骨胶囊,3次/日,1粒/次;治疗组加用自拟补肾活血方(方剂组成:黄芪30g,黄精12g,淫羊藿12g,鹿角胶15g,沙苑子15g,制首乌15g,山药30g,葛根30g,丹参30g,制大黄10g,血竭10g等),加工为水丸,3次/日,6g/次,12周为1疗程。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、总有效率及骨密度的变化。结果两组中医证候疗效、总有效率比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组骨密度提高,和对照组比较,差异有意义(P<0.05)。同时,虽然两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血液流变学等指标均明显下降(与治疗前相比P<0.01),但治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟补肾活血方对提高2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度有效,具有一定的优势。
Objective To observe the effect of self-made kidney-tonifying and blood circulation-promoting chinese medicine in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.Method 60 hospitalized diabetic osteoporosis patients were divided into two group ramdomly,treatment group（n=30）,control group（n=30）.Under using insulin to control hyperglycemia,treatment group were treated with self-made kidney-tonifying and blood circulation-promoting chinese medicine（including Milkvetch Root 30g,Polygonatum sibiricum 12g,Epimedium davidii Franch 12g,Deerhorn,Antler 15g,Semen Astragali Complanati 15g,P.Multiflorum 15g,Dioscorea opposita 30g,Lobed Kudzuvine Root 30g,S.Miltiorrhiza 30g,Rhubarb 10g,Sanguis Draxonis 10g）,which was manufactured into pills,3 times a day,every time for 6g,lasted for 12 weeks.To observe chinese syndrome in degree,total efficacy of standard TCM Syndrome and the change of bone mineral density（BMD）.Result The treatment group could improve the chinese syndrome and BMD,which was significantly different from control group（P0.05）.Both of the treatment group and control group could reduce FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC,Blood rheology（compared with before treatment,P0.01）,but treatment group could reduce more than control group.Conclusion There are good effect of self-made kidney-tonifying and blood circulation-promoting chinese medicine in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.
