摘要
目的探讨消化系统肿瘤化疗置PICC导管的护理。方法回顾分析过去一段时间内对103例患者化疗应用PICC置管方法并进行相应的护理。结果 101例一次穿刺成功,2例二次穿刺成功,化疗过程顺利,并发症减少,患者满意度提高。结论消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗应用PICC可操作强,安全可靠,提高患者生活质量,是一项值得推广的化疗新途径。
Objective To study the digestive system tumor chemotherapy nursing care of indwelling PICC catheter.Methods Retrospective analysis of 103 cases for some time in the past application of chemotherapy in patients with PICC catheter and nursing.Result Success 101 cases of a puncture,2 secondary puncture success cases,chemotherapy went smoothly,reduce the complications,patient satisfaction increased.Conclusions Strong PICC chemotherapy for malignant tumors of the digestive system application operations,safety and reliability,improve patients ＇ quality of life,is a good promotion of chemotherapy in new ways.
