摘要
在班级授课教学模式不能改变的前提下,从社会工作专业的工作方法中另辟蹊径,在小组工作的互惠模式中,从教学模式的教学理论、教学目的、教学结构及活动程度、师生交往系统、反馈方式、支持条件等六大要素来建构社会工作的专业教学互惠模式。
Abstract: Keeping class teaching mode, we find a new path in the working methods for the majors of social work, which is to construct social work reciprocal teaching pattern with the 6 elements, name- ly, teaching theory, teaching objectives, teaching structures as well as degrees of involvement in ac- tivities, teachers and students communication system, feedback method, and support conditions, in the "mutual pattern" of group work.
