响应面法优化玉竹多糖表面活性剂协助提取条件 被引量:12

Optimization of surfactant-assisted extraction conditions of polysaccharides from polygonatum using response surface methodology

摘要 单因素实验中考察多种表面活性剂的浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比(体积与质量比)以及提取次数对玉竹多糖产率的影响。在此基础上,利用表面响应分析法优化表面活性剂协助提取玉竹多糖的条件,研究提取温度、提取时间及料液比3个自变量之间的交互作用对多糖得率的影响,并得到最佳提取条件为:提取温度92℃,提取时间1.61h,料液比19.93mL/g,此条件下玉竹根茎中多糖产率预测达到11.11%(质量分数)。 Effects of concentration of surfactants, extracting temperature, extracting time, ratio of surfactant solution to raw material and extracting times on yield ofpolygonatum polysaccharides were investigated in single factor experiments. On the base of the single factor experiments, the optimum conditions for the surfactant-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from polygonatum were determined using response surface methodology (RSM). Extracting temperature, extracting time and ratio of 0.6% DBS solution to raw material were considered as the variables in three-level, three-variable BBD (Software Design-Expert 7 Document) to determine the best combination of extraction variables for the yield of polygonatum polysaccharides and the results are as follows: extracting temperature 92 ℃, extracting time 1.61 h, and ratio of 0.6% DBS solution to raw material 19.93 mL/g. Under these conditions, a polysaccharides yield of 11.1 1% is obtained.
