摘要
本文以SST为视角,通过对大型体育赛事举办过程中技术创新现象的研究,提出了基于赛事的特殊的技术创新模式,分析了构成这一模式的要素和模式内资源配置和流动情况,剖析了创新模式的基本结构,对政府、市场、公共机构等角色和地位进行了论证。在此基础上,提出了能够有效保障体育赛事中技术创新模式顺畅运行的基本机制,即技术创新的评价选择机制、技术创新的聚合机制、技术创新的激励机制和保证技术创新活动合理进行的伦理规约机制。
Based on the SST Perspective, through the research of technology innovation in the process of large sports games , this paper puts forward special technical innovation mode based on events, analyses the elements composition of this pattern and the resource allocation and flow conditions of this mode, analyses the basic structure of the innovation mode, and also discusses the role and status of government,market,public institutions,etc. Based on the above analysis,it puts forward the internal mechanisms that promote technical innovation mode smoothly. They are evaluation of selection mechanism, polymerization mechanism, incentive mechanism and ethical stipulation mechanism.
