心脏术后心室电风暴的诊治体会(附2例报告)

摘要
心室电风暴，又称室速风暴、交感风暴、儿茶酚胺风暴、电风暴（electrical storm，ES），是指24h内自发2次或2次以上的伴血流动力学不稳定的室速和／或室颤，间隔窦性心律，通常需要电转复和电除颤紧急治疗的临床症候群。其起病突然、病死率高。
