摘要
目的探讨麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2009年3月～2011年3月在我院住院的140例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机将其分为3组,分别为单用麝香保心丸组(50例)、单用曲美他嗪组(50例)和麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪组(40例)。统计和分析治疗后不稳定型心绞痛患者的的临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油日耗量、改善心电图压低总和改变等。结果曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸组能显著降低不稳定性心绞痛患者的心绞痛发作频率、持续时间,减少硝酸甘油的用量,缩短24 h心肌缺血总时间以及∑ST等,且降低幅度显著高于单用组(P<0.05)。联用组显效率和总有效率分别为40.0%(16/40)和95.0%(38/40),显著高于单用组(P<0.05),无效率为5.0%(2/40),显著低于单用组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸在治疗不稳定型心绞痛方面具有协同作用,可以提高不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of trimetazidine plus shexiang protecting heart musk pill on pa- tients with unstable angina. Methods 140 cases who hospitalized in our hospital with unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively for single use Shexiang Baoxin Pill group （50 cases）, a single by trimetazi dine group （50 cases） and heart protecting musk pill combined with trimetazidine Qumei group （40 cases）. The clinical efficacy, the anginal attacks, nitroglycerin daily consumption, improve the electrocardiogram to depress the sum of change were statisticed and analied. Results The combined group could significantly reduce angina frequency, duration, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin, shortened to 24 hours total time of myocardial ischemia as well as for ST of the patients with unsta- ble angina patients, and the amplitude of reduce was significantly higher than that of single group （P 〈 0.05）. The signifi cant effective rate and total effective rate of the combined group were 16（40%） and 38（95%）, significantly higher than that of single group （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of invalid of the combined group was 2（5%）, significantly lower than the single group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine plus Shexiang protecting heart musk pill can significantly improve the unsta- ble angina based on the routine treatment
