摘要
目的探讨ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2(secretory phospholipase A2 groupⅡA,ⅡAsPLA2)、三叶因子3(trefoil factor 3,TFF3)在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测二者在90例胃癌、80例胃黏膜异型增生及30例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达。结果ⅡA sPLA2、TFF3在轻度、中度+重度异型增生胃黏膜、早期胃癌、进展期胃癌各组中的表达均高于正常胃黏膜组,它们之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ⅡA sPLA2表达降低可能与胃癌的侵袭性以及转移间存在着某种相关性,其低表达是胃癌预后评估的一个潜在指标。TFF3可能是胃黏膜恶性变过程中的早期分子事件,在胃黏膜恶性变及其以后的恶性演进过程中起作用,对胃癌早期诊断、治疗以及预测胃癌发生癌周组织转移可能具有重要的提示作用,二者在胃癌的发生、发展及演变过程中起着协同的作用,并对胃癌的预后存在一定的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ⅱ A sPLA2 and TFF3 in gastric carcinama and non-carcinoma. Methods Immunohistoc hemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ⅱ A sPLA2 and TFF3 in 62 case8 of in 200 gastric mucosal specimens,including 30 eases of normal gastric mucosa, 80 cases of dysplasia and 90 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results The positive rates of ⅡA sPLA2 and TFF3 expression were obviously higher in groups with lymphnode metastasis than without lymphnode metastasis,in progressive stage than in early stage （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion The lower expression of ⅡA sPLA2 may be a primitive event during the pathogenesis of the gastric cancer,it may be engaged in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and also it would have potential to become an ideal marker to evaluate the prognosis of the patients;TFF3 may be involved in an primitive event in gastric carcinogenesis,and it may play an important role in gastric carcinogenesis. The measurement of TFF3 expression may be of great signifcance for early diagnosis and pregnosis of invasion metastasis in gastric carcinoma. Ⅱ A sPLA2 and TFF3 may play an important role in the multiple genetic and systematic process of gastric carcinoma appearance and development.
