4种植物生长调节剂对切花菊保鲜效果和生理作用的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验以切花菊品种‘夏黄'为试材,研究了6-BA,GA3,KT,PP333等4种植物生长调节剂对切花菊的保鲜效应。结果表明,0.5 mg.L-16-BA,80 mg.L-1GA3均能显著增加切花菊的最大花径,与初始花径(4.532 cm)相比,分别增大了5.059,6.252 cm,花枝鲜样质量最大分别增加34.10%和36.38%,均能缓解切花菊在瓶插期间的水分胁迫,延缓衰老,延长瓶插寿命;与同期CK(基本保鲜液)相比,小花中MDA含量分别低0.082~2.348,0.231~1.412μmol.g-1,游离脯氨酸含量分别低0.180~24.983和1.433~10.583μg.g-1,可溶性蛋白含量最大分别增加23.01%和22.15%,叶片中叶绿素含量最大分别提高12.29%和7.35%,均能有效提高小花中SOD和CAT的活性,6-BA处理的保鲜效果好于GA3.20 mg.L-1KT和150 mg.L-1PP333对切花菊的保鲜效应不显著. Cut Chrysanthemum cultivar ‘Xiahuang' was used in this experiment, effects of different plant growth regulators on the vase life and physiological action of cut Chrysanthemum were investigated. The results indicated that treatments with 0.5 mg · L^-16-BA,80 mg . L^-1GA3 on increasing max corolla diameter of cut Chrysanthemum had significant effect, compared with initial diameter, which increased corolla diameter respectively by 5. 059 and 6. 252 cm, fresh mass of flower stem increased by 34.10 % and 36.38 % respectively. The treatment synchronously delayed water stress and flower se nescence, the vase life could be prolonged. Compared with the contrast (basic fresh liquid), the content of MDA in the ray floret was reduced respectively by 0. 082 -2. 348 and 0.231 -1. 412 μmol . g^-1 ; The free proline accumulation in the ray floret was respectively reduced by 0. 180 - 24. 983 and 1. 433 - 10.583 μg . g^-1; The content of soluble protein in the ray floret was improved by 23.01% gnd 22.15% ; The chlorophyll in the leaf was respectively improved by 12.29% and 7.35% than CK, the treatment improved the activity of SOD and CAT in the ray florets. 0.5 mg . L^-16-BA treatment wasthe best preservation of cut Chrysanthemum, 20 mg .L^-1 KT and 150 mg.L^-1 PP333 treatments were not significant for vase life of cut Chrysanthemum.
