摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法 ,在不锈钢基体上制备铝硅酸盐陶瓷涂层 ,对涂层微观结构进行了分析 ,研究了涂层化学组成、涂层厚度对抗热震性、抗氧化性的影响 ,结果表明 :涂层化学组成为 3Al2 O3 ·2SiO2 、厚度 2 μm时 ,制备的涂层材料与基体结合紧密 ,显微结构致密均匀 ,有良好的抗热震、抗氧化性能 .
Aluminosilicate ceramic coating was prepared on stainless steel matrix by Sol-Gel processing. the effect of chemical composition and thickness of coating on the thermal resistance and the oxidation resistance was investigated. The result showed that the obtained aluminosilicate ceramic coating of composition 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2, thickness 2 μm has excellent properties of thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance.
