摘要
基于西藏特殊的政治、经济、宗教、人口、地理环境等原因,1985年,国家采取集中和分散相结合的原则,在内地省市为西藏办学。文章从教育政策价值分析的维度,探讨举办内地西藏班(校)教育政策的价值选择、合法性和有效性,从内地西藏班(校)的招生人数和毕业人数情况两方面探讨内地西藏班的办学价值,以期加深对内地西藏班(校)政策的认识。
Based on the Tibet' s unique political, economic, religious, demographic, geographic, environmental and other reasons, in 1985, the state has adopted the principle of concentration and dispersion and begun to run Tibetan schools in inland provinces and cities. From the perspective of education policy, the thesis discusses the value choice, legitimacy and effectiveness of the policy education of running Tibetan classes (schools) in inland China.In addition,the thesis discusses the value of the nmning Tibetan classes (schools) in inland China from the perspective of enrollment and graduation figures in order to deepen the understanding of inland Tibetan classes (schools) policy.
