中国帕金森病脑深部电刺激疗法专家共识 被引量：47

摘要 脑深部电刺激（deep brain stimulation，DBS）疗法已经成为治疗中晚期帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）的有效方法。此疗法1998年在我国首次使用，至今已十余年，DBS疗法明显地改善了PD患者的运动症状，提高了生活质量。随着我国老龄人口的增加，需要接受DBS疗法的患者将进一步增加。为了更好地规范我国DBS疗法的适应证和流程，以及进一步加强神经内、外科之间的密切配合与合作，特制定此专家共识。
