摘要
运用ANSYS软件对195柴油机连杆进行了三维有限元分析。得到了连杆在最大压缩力工况和最大拉伸力工况的应力、应变分布图和强度安全系数。根据分析结果,对连杆进行了优化设计,连杆的总质量降低了7.3%。计算分析结果能为连杆可靠性设计提供一定的理论参考。
By using ANSYS software, the 3D finite element analysis of 195 diesel engine connecting rod is carried out. The stress strain distribution and strength safety coefficient of connecting rod are obtained by using finite element method under the maximum compression force condition and tensile force condition. The optimization design of con- necting rod is attained according to the results of analysis. As a result of optimization design, the total weight of con- necting rod is decreased by 7.3 %. The analysis results would provide theoretical bases for reliability design of con- necting rod.
