高效液相色谱串联等离子体发射质谱分析食用色素赤藓红中痕量碘化钠 被引量:3

Determination of Trace Sodium Iodide in Food Color Additive Erythrosine Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Inductively Coupled Plasma-mass Spectrometer

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱串联等离子体发射质谱测定食用色素赤藓红中痕量碘化钠的方法,选用0.1mol/L乙酸铵溶液(pH=6.4)和甲醇为流动相,采用反相液相色谱柱ODS-C18分离了碘化钠和赤藓红,该方法的定量限与检测限分别达到10.0ng/g和3.0ng/g,线性范围为10-1000ng/g,精密度的范围为0.37%-0.43%,加标回收率变化范围为97.5%-99.7%。并将此方法应用到食用色素赤藓红中碘化钠的测定分析,评价了方法的不确定度。最终合成标准不确定度uc=1.94%,扩展不确定度U=3.9%(k=2)。 High performance hquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer method is developed for quantitative determination of trace sodium iodide in food color additive erythrosine. The mobile phase containe methanol and ammonium acetate buffer solution at pH 6.4 and an ODS-C18 column is used to separate sodium iodide with erythrosine. The method quantitative detection limit and detecting limit are respectively 10.0 ng/g and 3.0 ng/g, hnearity range is 10 - 1 000 ng/g ,the precision are in range of 0. 37% - 0.43% and the recovery is range from 97. 5% - 99. 7%. This method is successfully applicable for use in the determination of trace sodium iodide in real sample, and uncertainty of measured result is evaluated and the uncertainty is 3.9% (k =2).
