摘要
开发了 Trich-7677 硫酸盐体系三价铬电镀黑铬的新工艺。该工艺在常温下的沉积速率达 0.031 μm/min,能耗低,镀液性能稳定,操作简单,便于维护。镀层光滑,呈枪黑色,厚度可达 0.2 μm,中性盐雾试验 48 h 不变色,恒定湿热试验、冷热冲击试验和人造汗液测试均合格。
A novel process called Trich-7677 for black trivalent chromium plating in sulfate system was developed. The deposition rate of the given process reaches 0.031 μm/min. The plating bath has advantages of low energy consumption, high stability, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The chromium coating is smooth and gun-black with a thickness of 0.2 μm, does not tarnish after neutral salt spray test for 48 h, and can pass the steady-state damp heat test, cold-heat shock test, and artificial sweat test.
