摘要
某金精矿中含金36.25g/t、铜2.37%,硫46.83%。为使其中的有价元素有效回收,在其工艺矿物学研究的基础上,分别进行了全浮流程试验和重-浮联合流程试验。通过大量的试验研究,最终确定采用重-浮联合流程试验,所得选矿指标为金、银、铜在重砂、铜精矿中的总回收率分别高达96.19%、87.91%、96.45%,硫回收率100%,使得资源得到很好的综合回收和利用。
A gold concentrate contained gold of 36.25 g/t, copper of 2.37% and sulphur of 46.83%. In order to effectively recover valuable elements, single flotation process and combination process of gravity concentra- tion and flotation were separately conducted. And then the combination process of gravity concentration and flotation was determined after lots of experimental study. The recovery rate of gold, silver and copper reached 96.19%, 87.91% and 96.45% in the concentrate, and sulphur recovery rate was 100%. The mineral resources were recovered and utilized well.
