摘要
目的观察推拿结合牵引治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对58例颈椎间盘突出症患者行推拿结合牵引复位治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 58例患者中,治愈35例,显效13例,好转7例,无效3例,总有效率94.83%。结论推拿结合牵引治疗颈椎间盘突出症安全、有效,是非手术疗法有效方法之一。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of manipulation maneuver combined with traction therapy for herniation of cervical disc. Methods 58 cases of patients with herniation of cervical disc were given manipulation maneuver combined with traction therapy, and the clinical effect was observed. Results In 58 cases, the cured cases were 35, the effective cases were 13, the improved cases were 3, and the total effective rate was 94.83%. Conclusion Manipulation maneuver combined with traction therapy for herniation of cervical disc, are safe and effective, and is the one of the effective un- surgery methods.
