探讨乳管镜在无乳头溢液患者中的诊治价值 被引量：1

摘要 1988年，Teboul首先应用导管镜观察乳管管腔病变。1991年，日本Okazaki等成功研制FDS系统（fiberopticductoscopy），此后其就一直用于乳头溢液性疾病的诊断。乳管镜已经成为乳头溢液患者首选的辅助检查，但其对于无乳头溢液患者的临床价值，目前尚不确定。笔者对2009年07月至2011年07月在本院行纤维乳管镜检查的136例无乳头溢液乳腺病患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。
