摘要
本文以拉拔断裂的SWRH82B(Cr)盘条为例,对其纵截面中心区域出现的马氏体进行电子探针线、面分析和工作曲线法定量分析,之后对线、面分析结果的数据处理进行讨论。结果表明,在电子探针应用中,线、面分析结果定量化的准确度可以与定量点分析相媲美,且大幅度提高了检测效率,结果受外因的影响也比较小。在样品的局部区域有元素富集的情况下,可作为一个常用的分析技巧加以推广应用,并能提供更为直观且准确的参考。
An important analytical skill is discussed in the data processing of EPMA. Line, mapping and quantitative analysis with calibration curve were carried out on martensite of SWRH82B (Cr) wire rod. Results show that the accuracy of quantified results of line and mapping analysis is comparable with the quantitative point analysis. This method greatly improves the detection efficiency, which can be widely used as a common analytical technique, and provides more intuitive and accurate reference in the future research work.
