评分者培训及其在医学考核中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 评分者培训是对评分人员进行针对性训练以提高评分准确性的一系列方法的总称。常用方法包括评分者误差培训法、绩效维度培训法、参照系培训法和行为观察培训法。在全科师资中开展评分者培训研究具有重要的现实意义。
