摘要
高职院校教师绩效考核要坚持全面、科学、公平和导向原则,构建科学、动态的考核体系,注重能力、过程和结果考核,以调动教师工作积极性,促进其职业发展。
Performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational schools should be insisted on principles of all-round, scientific, fair and oriented. A scientific and dynamic appraisal system should be constructed, paying attention to the appraisal of ability, process and result so as to activate teachers of their working motivation and to promote their professional development.
