摘要
以乙醚作为萃取剂能较好地将高碳醇分离 ,其产品的残醇质量分数可达到 0 .9%;以减压蒸馏方式分离高碳醇需要相当高的真空度 ,在 1 80℃ 1 3 3 .3 2Pa时 ,APG产品的残醇质量分数为3 .5 %。采用本文的方法对含丁基糖苷质量分数小于 1 .0 %和平均聚合度值大于 1 .4 5的粗产品进行提纯分离时 ,可使原来最长 5h的提纯分离时间减少到 0 .2 5h以下。
The mass percent of residual alcohol was reduced to 0.9% in alkyl polyglycosides using the ether extraction ;and the mass percent of residual alcohol be reduced to 3.5% using vacuum evaporation at 180 ℃ under 1.33×102 Pa vacuum.To make use of vacuum evaporation improved by ourselves to extract the residual alcohol from raw alkyl polyglycosides containing less than 1.0% butyl polyglycosides and having average degree of polymerization greater than 1.45,the extraction time was reduced from 5.00 h to 0.25 h.
