摘要
本文将"积分制"的概念引入到少年儿童图书馆的读者服务中,探索出一条针对少儿读者的积分激励机制。该机制不但能调动学生的阅读积极性,有效的规范少儿读者的阅读行为与习惯,而且也能激励少儿图书馆更好地完善其社会文化职能。
This paper introduces the application of the readers＇ integral system in children＇s library, in order to explore an integral incentive mechanism for children readers. The readers＇ integral system is not only to mobilize students to read actively and regulate their reading behavior and habits effective- ly, but also encourage children＇s library to improve its social and cultural functions.
